1 year ago Shoot for the dirt. I decided there is no point in fighting the conditions when shooting party/casual photos. Why not crank the ISO, strip the colour and exploit the grunge. I shot a bunch of this garbage and love it all. It lets me stop focusing on settings and shoot the occasion. My technique? Pop your gear to ISO1600, spot focus and meter, monochrome. If you have the ability to crank the sharpness and contrast in camera- do it. KEEP IT SIMPLE
