Growing up near a waveless lake, surfing was never really a big part of my life. When I and the Internet grew up I was able to follow Irons, and Slater, and watch new and old Laird Hamilton footage. Surfing never really became a possibility for me until a few years ago and even now the main waves I catch are behind a boat full of ballast and patrons. Nonetheless, I have always had a stoke on for Andy Irons and his hard charging style. Anyways Andy- Hope you’re charging an endless wave wherever you are.
